Arriving at Willa Exotic, I looked forward to a rejuvenating stay. The indoor swimming pool was a pleasant surprise, although small and not pristine. Regrettably, our check-in process was disorganized; the staff seemed unprepared for our arrival, resulting in a chilly room that took a day to warm up. The constant hum of ventilation at the back disturbed our sleep, requiring closed windows.However, the spa services were a redeeming aspect. The hot tub and pool were clean and provided a much-needed relaxation spot after a day of exploring. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the main street and a short walk from the beach, offering convenience for leisurely strolls.Willa Exotic offers a tranquil environment with decent spa facilities, making it a suitable choice for those seeking relaxation. Despite minor setbacks, the calming atmosphere and spa amenities contributed to a restful experience.
